Lili Wang is Professor of Institute of Semiconductors at Chinese Academy of Sciences. Wang founded the Semiconductors Sensing Chip-Lab (SSCHIP-Lab) in 2022 and serves as the director.
Wang received her PhD degree in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics at 2014 from Jilin University, China. Since 2014, she worked in Jilin University as an Associate Professor and from 2015 she worked in the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Nanyang Technological University as a Postdoctoral Researcher. She has over 100 refereed publications with a Google Scholar H-Index 60.
Wang is Young Editor board member of InfoMat, Nano Research, and Journal of semicondctors. Wang has received Future Women Scientists Award 2018, and L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science Award.

Zheng Lou is Professor of Institute of Semiconductors at Chinese Academy of Sciences. National Natural Science Fund for Excellent Young Scientists Fund Program in 2020 (国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金项目).
Lou received his B.S. degree (2009) and Ph.D. degree (2014) from Jilin University. He is a professor at Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research focuses on flexible electronics based on low dimensional materials for transistors and photodetectors. He has over 100 refereed publications (Nature Communication, Advanced Materails and Advanced Functional Materials……) with a Google Sholar H-indax 54.
Lou is Young Editor Board member of InfoMat and Journal of Semicondctors. Lou has received Young Elite Scientists Sponesorship Program by CAST.

Yongchao Yu is an associate professor at the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Yu received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, USA, in 2013 and 2015, respectively. Subsequently, he received his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, USA, in 2020. From 2020 to 2024, he served as a research fellow at the University of Tennessee, USA, and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. In 2025, he joined the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has over 35 refereed publications with a Google Scholar h-index of 15. Yu has received the Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-financed Students Abroad in 2019 (国家优秀自费留学生奖学金). His research focuses on flexible electronic devices, laser processing, and nanomaterials.
